From the recruitment stage onwards, the anti-discrimination and anti-harassment/ill-treatment policies set out below apply. We hire employees solely on the basis of their abilities, work experience and skills, without discrimination based on gender, marital status, military service status, religion, sect, race, colour, political opinion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or origin. We believe that our human resources are our core value for increasing our customers’ competitiveness by offering high-quality, creative products, solutions and services through sustainable growth. We strictly ensure that employees work overtime only with their own consent and willingness.
- Wages and Payments
No wage below the legal minimum wage is paid, as the minimum needed for employees to cover their living costs. Our employees are entitled to severance and notice pay in the cases defined in the labour law. As an employee is entitled to one month’s wage in severance pay for each year of service, and pro rata for partial years, we apply this carefully. Before an employment contract is terminated, the parties must give each other notice or pay compensation in lieu of notice: 2 weeks for employment of less than 6 months, 4 weeks for 6 to 18 months, 6 weeks for 18 months to 3 years and 8 weeks for more than 3 years. We comply with national and international legal requirements.

Based on the principle that all employees have equal rights, there can be no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training or promotion, and no dismissal or retirement based on race, social class, religion, national origin, gender or political affiliation. With our humane, friendly and modest approach, we encourage our employees to treat one another in the same way. In all our activities, we treat our employees honestly and fairly and do not accept discrimination on the grounds of language, race, colour, gender, religion, sect, political opinion, age, physical disability or similar reasons.
- Communication
Believing that success comes through healthy communication, we carry out practices that keep connections between employees and with managers alive, build good relationships between employees and managers and sustain them. We apply the requirements for creating an open communication environment by encouraging employees to participate actively. We also apply the requirements for managing stakeholder relationships transparently and with shared wisdom and for ensuring continuity in customer satisfaction.
- Prevention of Harassment and Ill-Treatment
To keep the working environment peaceful and allow employees to work happily, we ensure there is no verbal, physical or psychological harassment or coercion, and that our employees are not subjected to any physical, psychological or verbal insult, ill-treatment, harassment or pressure.

- Supplier Management
Believing that all suppliers share equal responsibility, we evaluate our suppliers’ social compliance activities, follow up the results with action plans, control social compliance activities through management systems and develop suppliers’ sustainability practices. We expect our suppliers to comply with ILO and applicable social compliance criteria and carry out assessment and improvement activities where necessary. Our suppliers are expected to act in accordance with this policy and may be subject to assessments or audits when deemed necessary.
